A pendant set with a large freeform cabochon of banded multicolor stone, its wavy layers running through turquoise blue, rust, ochre, and green. The stone is held in a wide, heavy sterling silver bezel with a hand formed edge and a chunky ribbon bail above. The silver is left plain to frame the stone, with an oxidized line following the inner bezel.
