This Western belt has a brown leather strap inlaid along its length with a band of woven textile striped in blue, red, cream, brown, and gray. The leather is tooled at the edges and cut with leaf shaped windows near the buckle end that reveal the striped weaving beneath. The ranger set is engraved silver with applied gold floral rosettes and scrolling leaf work, comprising a large single loop buckle, a keeper, and a tip. The silver has darkened in the engraved recesses to set off the brighter gold accents, and the leather shows wear consistent with age. The belt fastens through the engraved buckle in the manner of a ranger set.
