The tall playbill announces Morris' Minstrels from Boston at Tweedle Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, July 8th and 9th, positively two nights only, promising twelve star performers. The columns name the company, including Chas. A. Morris, W. H. Brockway, Jules Stratton and the clog dancer Dick Sands, and set out the program of new songs, the Mocking Bird Festival, and a Serious Family Burlesque, the borders filled with woodcut figures of the troupe in blackface caricature typical of minstrel show printing of the period. The sheet is toned with old folds and edge wear, presented under an archival mat.
