The belt carries eleven scalloped conchos and a matching rectangular buckle mounted on a black leather strap, each plaque worked with radiating petal forms that fan outward from a stamped diamond at the center. The fields between the petals are filled with dense stippling and fine chisel stamping, and rows of punched dots follow the scalloped borders. The silver is polished bright across the raised surfaces with the stamped recesses darkened, and copper loops on the reverse carry the leather beneath the plaques.
