A large elongated freeform cabochon of blue turquoise, marked throughout with gold-brown matrix, is set upright in a plain silver bezel edged with fine serration. The bezel sits on a split shank with stamped and stepped shoulders flanking the stone. The stone runs the length of the finger, and the silver shows a light aged patina. In a US size 11 at 16.90 grams, and measuring 1 3/4 inches (4.4 cm) long, it is a tall, statement ring made for wear.
