A contemporary katsina pendant built in sterling silver and brass, the mask face set within a radiating stamped headdress edged in twisted wire, with a small brass mouth. The lower body is worked with a brass and blackened silver terraced cloud pattern above a single turquoise cabochon in a serrated bezel, hung from a wide stamped silver bail. The piece is hallmarked and finished with intentional oxidation setting off the raised silver and brass.
