A sculptural katsina pendant worked in fabricated sterling silver, the head built up from stacked and stamped silver bands with two tube horns and a tiered, plumed headdress. The tapered lower body is stamped with terraced and line motifs and set with a single oval turquoise cabochon, a green stone with tan matrix, in a plain bezel. The oxidized silver is finished to set off the raised and stamped detail, and the pendant hangs from twin silver bails; it is hallmarked on the reverse.
