A large oval cabochon of pale green turquoise, flecked with small dark and tan inclusions, is set in a plain silver bezel that fills the face of the ring. The bezel is unadorned, and the shank is worked in fluted ribs that widen toward the setting. Fine scratches and scuffing are visible across the surface of the stone, and the silver shows a soft aged patina. In a US size 11 at 23.37 grams, it is a wide, heavy ring made for wear.
