The buckle is sand cast with deeply ribbed fan shaped wings sweeping outward from a raised square center, above and below which curling scrolls rise and curve back on themselves. A single natural turquoise stone in green with brown matrix is set at the middle in a serrated bezel, held within the cast frame. The buckle is mounted on a brown leather belt tooled with a basketweave pattern along its length, and at nearly 110 grams the silver is thick and substantially made.
