The buckle is sand cast as a hexagon with beveled faces that step down toward a recessed center, where a natural turquoise stone cut to the same hexagonal form is set flush in a plain bezel, its pale blue surface crossed by a fine spiderweb matrix. The keeper and tip repeat the angular geometry in faceted silver bars, and the cast surfaces retain the slightly granular texture of the sand mold with a dark patina in the recesses. The set is mounted on a tan leather belt with white contrast stitching.
