The slide is a standing katsina figure raised in hollow-formed silver, the body worked in the round with a cloak falling from the shoulders and a kilt below, stamped with terraced cloud forms and banded borders. The head is a case mask with rectangular eye panels and a tubular snout, framed by a domed cap and a full corona of feathers cut individually and set with a chevron pattern down each shaft, with a ruff of shorter feathers at the neck. The figure holds a small vessel in one hand and a cone in the other, and two smaller katsina figures hang from the ends of the braided black cord as tips.
