The pendant centers on a large oval turquoise cabochon in blue green with a spidered black matrix, held in a plain bezel and ringed with twisted wire. Eight oval coral cabochons radiate outward from the center in a star arrangement, each set in its own twisted wire bezel with silver drops filling the spaces between them. The piece is heavy at nearly seventy grams, and the wide silver bail at the top is scaled to carry the pendant on a substantial chain or bead necklace.
