The plaque is cut as a five pointed star within an engraved ring, lettered PRESIDENT across the top and engraved Jim Ables, 1994–1995 at the center, honoring his term as president of the association named in the surrounding ring. The steel carries an oxidized brown surface with paler scaling across the star, and a hanging hole is drilled at the top. It is a presentation piece of recent manufacture, offered as such.
