O.D. Goetz (1871-1946) was an American gold rush photographer who ran the Alaska Photo Company in Nome, Alaska, during the early 1900s. He captured iconic turn-of-the-century images of mining camps, local town scenes, and Alaska Native peoples before selling his studio after a devastating fire to the Lomen Brothers in 1908.
