This rectangular buckle with softened corners carries an inlaid antelope figure walking across the center, its body worked in reddish brown with white markings along the belly and rump, a white face with black detailing, and black forked horns. The animal stands against an etched silver background of grasses, low brush, and distant trees that fills the field around it. Stepped inlay sits in each corner, built from turquoise, coral, and jet in a banded pattern. The silver has darkened to a mottled patina across the open ground, setting off the polished inlay. The reverse is signed Dale Edaakie in repeated script and retains its hook and bar hardware for a belt.
