Thirteen turquoise cabochons are set across the domed face of the ring, a large teardrop at the center encircled by twelve smaller teardrops radiating outward in a petal arrangement. The stones run from deep blue-green to lighter green, several marked with pale matrix, each held in a plain silver bezel with small round silver beads filling the spaces between. The cluster is built up on a wide shank, and the silver shows a soft aged patina throughout. In a US size 8 it is a wide, domed ring made for wear.
